De-Montag GH Ltd, is a young and fast growing company with very diverse product line. As a young growing company, large part of her employees and customer base are young as well. This youngness coupled with diverse product line demanded rigorous training partner. Since 2015, SENTEL team started to deliver various executive coaching support to the young executives to bring them to speed in their positions. SENSTEL also provides dedicated and confidential sparring partners support to senior managers.

In 2016, De-Montag GH Ltd experienced very low customer satisfaction level and losing market share. Investigations indicated that this negative growth was mainly due to lack of product knowledge and technical support of its products. Based on previous pleasant experience, De-Montag engaged SENSTEL team to develop various levels of product and technical training. These trainings were efficiently delivered both online and in-person to employees and customer. Also sales training is provided where necessary to horn the skills of sales managers. End customer satisfaction and customer retention has since increased dramatically together with growth and profitability.
